"Felt like a bait and switch"
I reached out to them about an issue I was having, and the communication was frustrating. The replies took forever, and I kept having to follow up just to get any kind of update.
When they finally did respond, it didn’t really feel like they had read what I actually wrote. The answers were vague and didn’t solve anything, which made the whole thing feel a bit like a bait and switch compared to what I expected from their support.
I’m still waiting for a real answer or an actual fix. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

"I stopped in expecting it to be just..."
I stopped in expecting it to be just okay since it was busy, but the food was actually better than I thought it would be. I got a sandwich and a coffee, and both tasted fresh. The prices were a little on the higher side, but for the location, it didn’t feel too unreasonable.
The drink options were decent, and my order came out faster than I expected. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the pastry, which was kind of dry. Still, it was a good overall experience, and I’d probably stop by again if I was in the area.

"Checked in to a dirty room"
I got to the room it just felt gross right away. There was hair in the bathroom, the table had dust on it, and the sheets looked like maybe they hadn’t even been changed, which is the kind of thing you really don’t want to be wondering about when you’re tired and just trying to settle in.
I told guest services, and someone did come by, but it was basically just a quick wipe-down and not much else. For what I paid, I wasn’t expecting luxury or anything, just a clean room. Disappointing, and I wouldn’t book here again...

The room was cozy and really clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The heater got a bit loud at times, but we still slept just fine.

"Anyone else feel like this place needs some upkeep?"
The room just felt worn down to me, and when something needed fixing, it seemed to take longer than it should have. Maybe I’m being picky, but I really think the place could use a bit more attention and maintenance.

"Friendly staff, helpful"
I had a good experience with mtrainierguestservices.com, honestly. The staff were friendly in a really normal, easygoing way, not overly formal or anything, which I appreciated. I had a couple of questions and they just answered them without making me feel like I was bothering them, which is always nice.
The only thing is that I did have to wait a little bit to hear back, so that’s why I’d probably go with 4 stars instead of 5. But overall, they were helpful, easy to talk to, and I felt like they actually cared about getting me the info I needed...
"Reservation was fine, but check-in needs to be handled better"
Booking the reservation was straightforward, so no real issues there. But check-in took longer than it should have, and there didn’t seem to be much urgency or explanation from the staff. I get that delays happen, but someone should take responsibility for keeping guests informed and making the process smoother.

"Decent for the price, with a small catch"
I’d say I’m mostly happy with the experience. The price felt fair, and the service was a bit better than I expected for what I paid. That said, it wasn’t totally smooth, I did have to wait a little longer than I would’ve liked. Still, for the value, I’d probably use them again

"Nice views, but parking was a struggle for us"
The location was handy and the scenery really was lovely, so that part was great. The only thing is the parking was tight, and of course we seemed to end up dealing with the awkward spots, which made it more stressful than it needed to be. Still a nice place overall.

"Getting around was a hassle"
Getting around there was frustrating. Parking was a pain, and the overall access wasn’t great. Any time I asked about easier options, it felt like I just got a “that’s our policy” excuse instead of any real help.

I don’t know, the facilities just weren’t very good for us. The bathrooms didn’t really feel clean, the WiFi was working like barely most of the time, and a lot of things looked old or only sort of taken care of. For the price we paid, I was expecting the basic stuff to be in better condition at least. it wasn’t a great stay.
